Biography
Tanesha Barefield "Tee” is a 2 time MVP, 1st team all district, leading scorer, and a two time district champion at Victoria Memorial High School. Tee’s collegiate experience includes 1st team all region while playing for McLennan Community College in Waco, Texas. At McLennan, she helped her team win their conference and made the 1st All Region team. After two years, she attended Prairie View University under the tutelage of former Houston Comets hall of famer Cynthia Cooper.
Tee is a 3-time SWAC champion, and part of the first team in Prairie View’s history to ever win the conference and an NCAA appearance. Tee brings a unique blend of expertise which includes her best quality of teaching kids how to shoot the basketball and is considered by many a “pure shooter.” Tee obtained a degree in Kinesiology from Prairie View A & M University and is from Victoria, Texas.
